This project captures the operational choreography and user interface structure for an all-in-one building maintenance and facility management application.
The media presentation maps out a modern facility management workflow tailored for large residential or commercial properties. The layout visually addresses the challenges of split administrative attention and dense paperwork before introducing Juma’s Habee as the single-contract partner solution. Through dynamic interface scenes, the workflow displays the assignment of specialized technicians who monitor complex building sub-systems, run diagnostics, and implement engineering upgrades to maximize energy efficiency.
